Maple Flakes Red Tuna Tartare



  • All of the ingredients may be prepared previously but should be combined just before serving to keep the maple flakes crunchy.
  • Dice tuna and lightly season with a splash of olive oil and lemon juice, thinly sliced chives, fleur de sel, ground pepper, and maple flakes. Mix lightly and serve. The maple flakes are the perfect complement to the texture of the diced fresh tuna.
