Maple-Goat Cheese Crostini

Maple-Goat Cheese Crostini


  • baguette, diagonally sliced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp (30ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • soft goat cheese
  • toasted walnuts
  • balsamic vinegar
  • arugula
  • salt and pepper
  • 100% Pure Maple Sugar


  • Toast baguette slices in a preheat oven, 350°F (180°C), for 8 to 10 minutes. Brush the toasted slices with 2 Tbsp (30 ml) extra virgin olive oil and rub with a clove of garlic.
  • Spread goat cheese on each slice, sprinkle with maple sugar, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with toasted walnuts and arugula.
