Erin’s Maple Tarts
Cook Time: 15-18 minutes
Serves: 24-36 tarts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Parbake the tart shells for 5 to 7 minutes. Let cool.
Mix the butter and brown sugar together. Add the eggs and mix well.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until uniform.
Fill tart shells 2/3 full and bake on the bottom rack of the oven for 15-18 minutes, or until just set.
