Maple Banana Bread

Directions
- Blend the flour, nuts, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. In another bowl, combine the bananas, maple syrup, oil and eggs.
- Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour in the liquid mixture. Blend to a uniform consistency.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with maple sugar or maple flakes and place in the oven. Bake at 350º F for 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
